The Clinical Recruiter 1 has the following duties:
Recruiting:

  • Screens incoming candidate calls.
  • Educates candidates about current and future clinical trial testing using the Recruiting Summary.
  • Recruits for scheduled studies, screens subjects according to inclusion/exclusion criteria.
  • Develops study schedules.
  • Updates and maintains Participant Database.
  • Interviews and screens subjects on the first day of clinical trial testing.
  • Maintains compensation schedules for clinical trial testing.
  • Administrative:
  • Receive and screen all visitors.
  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls.
  • Take telephone messages.
  • Send faxes.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Maintain office supplies.
  • Provide administrative assistance for study materials (study packets).
  • Knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the Company.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Position Requirements/Essential Criteria:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
  • Remains flexible, professional, and patient when dealing with changing priorities and assignments.
